With a double Product Design degree from Barcelona School of Design and Engineering and Winchester School of Arts, Berta took her passion for design and ventured in a series of labs, design studios and exhibitions across Europe.

Prior to stablishing her base in Barcelona, Berta held a position at Layer design agency in London and at Form Us With Love in Stockholm, where she sharpened her strategic, brand and product design skills. Back in Barcelona, she operated as Brand Manager for the upcycled materials company Honext, launching and activating the new brand in the market.

Berta Julià Sala is a talented social designer, unafraid of the exchange between science and humanities, manifested in projects such as Objectar el Món and The Table Knife Project. Understanding design as a tool for change, Berta collaborates with people and companies to create good impact products.

Today, she is an invaluable source of energy and notion, working on new ventures, consulting, and teaching at Elisava Barcelona School of Design.
